SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom products require production time before shipping.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Times

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping:
    Estimated delivery time is 6–8 business days after processing.

  • Express Shipping:
    Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days after processing.

Please note that these are estimated timeframes, not guarantees.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery location.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Plated Society is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • High demand periods


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at ghost@platedsociety.ca within 48 hours of delivery, including photos if applicable.
