3. Products & Custom Orders

Plated Society offers customized and non-customized automotive accessories, including but not limited to license plate frames.

Custom products are made to order based on customer input.
Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after production has started.
You are responsible for ensuring all customization details (text, spelling, format) are correct before checkout.

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or availability issues.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times may vary depending on:

Product type (custom vs non-custom)
Shipping method (standard or express)
Destination

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors are outside of our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of custom-made products, all custom orders are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Non-custom products may be eligible for return according to our Refund Policy.

We make every effort to ensure all product descriptions, images, and information are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the final product.

8. Intellectual Property
